We’ll set time and temperature to your comfort. Hydration is available before and after. This is a private sauna space within the studio with a privacy curtain, with hooks, towels, and time to settle.
Towels are provided. You can use towels only, or wear a swimsuit or athletic shorts if you’d like more coverage—your choice.
Absolutely. Add the sauna after your session to deepen relaxation and recovery, or book it on its own for a nervous-system reset.
