Bodywork by Molly is a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and body-inclusive practice.
Everyone is welcome here — all bodies, all gender identities, all people.
These policies exist to protect that environment and to keep every session safe, respectful, and sustainable — for you, for me, and for the wider community of care we’re building together.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and shared commitments.
If you ever have a question about how something works, please reach out before scheduling. I’m always happy to clarify or collaborate on accessibility needs.
Sessions are by appointment only through Vagaro.
I typically work Sunday–Tuesday and Thursday–Saturday.
Wednesdays and every other weekend are my rest days.
My schedule fills quickly — regular clients book 3–4 weeks in advance.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied to your session total.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted: cash, major debit/credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
To rebook after a no-show or repeated late cancel, a new or double deposit may be required.
Each client receives one “life happens” cancellation per calendar year — please let me know as soon as possible so I can fill your spot.
Sessions begin and end on time to respect everyone’s schedule.
Arriving late shortens your table time, and the full fee still applies.
Arriving 30+ minutes late is considered a no-show.
Please do not come to your appointment sick. This includes fever, gastrointestinal illness, flu, or any other contagious symptoms.
If you arrive visibly ill, I will need to end the session, and it will count as a late cancellation.
Chronic illness or autoimmune flare-ups are handled with understanding — please communicate if you need to reschedule.
This is a professional therapeutic practice.
Any sexual or inappropriate behavior will end the session immediately and result in permanent dismissal as a client.
Substances: arrive sober. I may refuse service if impairment is suspected.
Draping: professional standards are always followed. You’ll be covered appropriately at all times during table sessions.
Respect: verbal, physical, or energetic boundary violations are not tolerated.
Bodywork by Molly welcomes all bodies, all gender identities, and all people.
My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodivergent-inclusive, and trauma-informed. Everyone deserves access to safe, grounded touch.
At the same time, there are a few boundaries in place to ensure that safety is mutual and sustainable for both client and practitioner:
Men: I welcome trans men and nonbinary clients without a referral. Cis men are seen by referral only (from an existing client, their partner, or a trusted mutual contact). This supports a safe, respectful space for everyone.
Teens (16+): Welcome with parent or guardian consent. A guardian must remain on-site during the session.
Older adults: Fully welcome! Please note that my studio is upstairs and not currently wheelchair accessible. If that presents a barrier, I can connect you with trusted accessible practitioners in Louisville.
Every client is met with curiosity, consent, and care — no assumptions, no judgment, just support for your body exactly as it is.
My studio is located upstairs in a loft space with one flight of stairs and no elevator, which means it isn’t currently wheelchair accessible.
If stairs create a barrier for you, I’m happy to connect you with trusted, accessibility-friendly practitioners in Louisville so you can still receive the care you deserve.
I am a licensed massage therapist/bodyworker. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.
Bodywork complements — not replaces — medical care.
Techniques may include Sarga/Barefoot Bodywork, Thai-inspired stretching, deep tissue, TMJ release, lymphatic drainage, and gua sha for areas such as the head, neck, back, arms, legs, feet, abdomen, and hips/glutes.
Never included: genital touch or sexual services of any kind.
You are in charge. Communicate any needs around pressure, positioning, focus areas, or boundaries at any time. You can pause or stop the session for any reason.
Fresh linens are used for every client.
All high-touch surfaces are disinfected between sessions, and airflow is maintained in the studio.
If you prefer that I wear a mask, simply ask — I’m always happy to accommodate.
Masking: I always wear a mask for any head, neck, or facework—this includes TMJ sessions (including intra-oral work), Crown Treatments, and any therapeutic massage that involves these areas. If you prefer masking for the entire session, just let me know—I’m happy to accommodate.
Packages are available — see the Services page for options and expiration details. Packages can be transferred to a friend or family member before they expire—just let me know ahead of time.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expired items follow the terms listed at purchase.
