Massage that meets your body—on the table or on the mat.
This isn’t routine work. It’s slow, customized care for when you’re carrying tension, pain, or burnout and need a session that respects your nervous system.
What is Therapeutic Massage?
It’s a blend of modalities—Swedish flow, deep tissue, fascia release, barefoot compression (Sarga), and Thai-inspired movement—woven to fit your goals that day. We begin with a brief conversation, then build a session around your comfort, consent, and capacity. You stay in charge the whole time.
Table (oil-based): Familiar setup, draped, undress to your comfort. Great for slow, gliding work and targeted deep tissue.
Mat (fully clothed): Padded floor mat for assisted stretching, rocking, and broad compression. More space for movement and support.
We’ll choose together during intake; some clients alternate based on what their body needs.
Grounded, steady pressure that unwinds layers without forcing. Gentle rocking and stretching that restore mobility. Still-point holds that invite your system to settle.
Choice at every step (pressure, positioning, talk or quiet)
Techniques may include Sarga barefoot glide, Thai stretching, myofascial release, Swedish, deep tissue, and craniosacral-informed holds
Clear boundaries, professional draping, and continuous consent
Sarga is a barefoot style of massage where I use the broad surface of my feet—guided by a special traction strap anchored to the table—to deliver slow, deep, gliding pressure. Think “weighted blanket meets long, steady ocean waves.” It’s designed to work with your fascia (connective tissue) and to help your nervous system downshift into true rest.
Expect steady, rhythmic compression and glide, with occasional gentle stretches or rocking. We check in about pressure, positioning (table or floor mat), and any no-touch zones—your consent leads. If you prefer to stay clothed, we can work on the floor mat (Thai-stretch fusion) with plenty of barefoot techniques.
People who crave deep, slow pressure
Folks managing TMJ tension, headaches, neck/shoulder tightness, or stress-related pain
Clients with hypermobility who benefit from nervous-system-first work
How do I choose table or mat?
We’ll decide together after a short intake; many clients switch between both.
Is this “deep tissue”?
Yes—without bracing. We work with your nervous system to reach depth safely.
What should I wear?
Table: undress to comfort; you’ll be draped. Mat: wear stretchy clothing.
Can you address specific pain?
Yes. I regularly support TMJ tension, back/hip pain, posture strain, and burnout-related fatigue (I don’t diagnose or prescribe).
How often should I come?
Monthly for maintenance; weekly/bi-weekly for acute or chronic concerns. We’ll set a rhythm that supports your body.
